What country are you located in?

Australia. We currently only deliver to suburbs in Victoria, however as the business grows we will begin to deliver in other states of Australia.

How do I return the products?

We use a trusted delivery service that delivers the packages to your door with a signature required. Additionally, when you’re rental period is over we will send a message to our delivery service to pick up the product.

Is there a additional delivery fee?

Yes, there is an additional delivery fee based off of how far you are located from our focal premises. The delivery fee will include delivery of the product at least 3 hours prior to when your event is, and the pick up of the product when you’re rental period is over.

Is there international delivery?

No, we are currently only delivering to suburbs in Victoria, Australia.
